Coyotes thrive in suburban and urban areas and are typically shy and elusive, but they can frequently be seen individually, in pairs, or in small groups where food is commonly found.  To avoid problems with coyotes and to make your property less attractive to them, you should follow some basic practices:
Secure your garbage, do not feed or try to pet coyotes, keep your pets safe, keep bird feeder areas clean, feed pets indoors, don't let coyotes intimidate you, don't hesitate to scare or threaten coyotes with loud noises, bright lights, or water sprayed from a hose.

Under NO circumstances is any vehicle to be left unattended in roadways, for any period of time during snow and/or ice conditions.  Snow removal and ground maintenance safety requirements mandate that vehicles must be moved from common areas to allow for orderly snow removal.  Residents who fail to move their vehicles during these weather conditions and present an obstacle for clear plowing/sanding operations will have their vehicle ticketed, fined and/or towed at the vehicle owner’s expense, without further notice. Arrangements have been made for the plowing, shoveling and sanding of all roadways, parking areas, garage ways, walkways, and front steps. The action to be taken will be determined by snow storm conditions.  To assist in the plowing of the parking areas, it is mandatory that automobile owners park their car(s) in their garage or temporarily move it to a parking space or area that has already been plowed and cleared.

Recently flyers were put in many of your doors asking for charitable contributions to a thrift shop.  The way the flyer was worded it would appear that the cause was one sanctioned by Huntington Wood.  This was not the case.  The only flyers that should be in your doorway will have the Huntington Wood logo on it and those are generated by the on-site office.  If you should have any doubts please call the office at 978-535-3277.
